Minutes of the Recreation Rides Planning Group .
The annual awards will be held on 1 December 2012, this will coincide with the Clubs hill climb event based in Ashhurst.
2012 has been the most successful on record for our school cyclists and more recently seen a number of our students rewarded with selection to Bike NZ age grade development squads.
The awards and afternoon tea will commence at 2.45pm in the Ashhurst School Hall following the hill climb event at 1.30pm. Registration from 1pm in the hall.
All students please bring a plate for afternoon tea.
1.00pm racing starts Registration from Midday, warm up from 12.30pm
Under15/17 $5 All others $10 Entry
(Programme may be changed or added to at managements discretion)
Riders will ride according to their 2013 licence categories
1. Miss and Out (4 riders left in) (rolling starts)
A&B Grade races. (not for U17 riders)
2. U17 10 lap points races, A and B Grade 10 lap points races (rolling starts)

This is an Out & Back course, starting from Memorial Park, PN – Feilding – Makino Rd – Waituna West – Rewa – Rewa Hill – down to Rangitikei River (stop for break, no Café here) and return by same route to Palm Nth, approx 120 km plus.
Malcolm Rees will co-ordinate, be prepared for 5 to 6 hours round trip to top you off for Taupo on 24th November.
