The Ohakune trip is just over 2 months away now – here’s what you need to know:
Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 February 2020
Bus departs Palmerston North and will also be stopping in Feilding to collect riders
There will be a 65km ride in Ohakune finishing at the Turoa ski field for those that want to
Sunday we will depart Ohakune and ride on the spectacular and scenic River Road stopping in at Jerusalem and then Whanganui for lunch and then finishing in Palmerston North – this ride is 200 kms, but if you feel the distance may be too much for you, you can always have a family member meet you in Whanganui to collect you, as the best part of the ride is the stunning scenery of the River Road
Cost is $155 which covers the the accommodation, bus ride and a support vehicle, meals are extra
This ride is sure to be a memorable one, and if you’d like to be a part of it, make sure you have registered your interest on the link below, as further details will be emailed to those that have registered in mid January

There was some excellent riding out there and 4 Bike Manawatu All Time ITT Records broken!
Libby Arbuckle bet the previous 19-22 yr Womens record by 14 seconds
Glenn Kirk bet his previous M3 record by 1 second
Steve Stannard bet Tom Piries long standing M4 record which Tom has held since 17/11/2010 by 1 second
and Megan Blatchford bet the previous M5 record by 37 seconds!!!!
