Marton’s Pedal 4 Pleasure 2023

Marton’s Pedal 4 Pleasure

Sunday March 26, 2023
Wilson Park, Marton alongside Marton’s “Harvest Festival”.
There will be three cycling courses available, each designed to suit the needs/requirements/abilities of the various cyclists taking part. Each course is to be run as a separate event, starting at different times. The three events are each limited to 100 participants.
Rangitikei Gold is 86km long and is designed for the more enthusiastic cyclist who may want a challenge. (Starts 8.00am)
Marton Challenger is 42km long and not quite as challenging. (Starts 10.00am)
Tutaenui Gentle Pace is just that. With gentle hills and only 22km long. This is the one for families and those who don’t need such a challenge. The return home is all downhill. (Starts 11.00am)
The lucky draw comes at the end of the event. But you may wish to wander around the Harvest Festival before going home.
Last year there was a prize for every participant and it is highly likely that it will be the same this year. The major prize is a “Lazboy Chair” donated by Ward’s Furniture of Marton
Electric bikes are welcome
