Our very own Simon van Velthooven has been nominated and is one of five finalists for 2012 BikeNZ People’s Choice Award, as selected by the New Zealand public. This award is often seen as the most prestigious in all of New Zealand cycling as it is nominated and voted for purely by the fans. The final voting process has just started so we’d love to see you all Bike Manawatu supporters voting for Simon. To vote, go to http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/JB5Y29N; voting closes November 15. Thanks!

While they realise their message applies to all men, Get Checked!, Exercise Regularly, and Make Healthy choices. With the support of Cancer Society NZ they are holding community fono/hui following the end of their days riding to engage with our pacific island and maori community along the way.
