As at 4 February masks are REQUIRED for all those who are attending events or gatherings. This includes riders, workers, contractors, spectators, volunteers etc. You can take your mask off to eat, drink or exercise only.

Sport NZ play active recreation and sport at red full guidance Or at a glance guidance
At Red, action is needed to protect at-risk people and protect our health system from an unsustainable number of hospitalisations.
Contact tracing, good hygiene and sanitation, and home isolation will continue as key tools to minimise the spread of the virus.
Localised lockdowns may be considered if there is a rapid growth in cases.

Bike Manawatu 30 Minute Challenge 2022

- Two riders on the track at a time
- No drafting
- Bring two support people (siblings okay)
- Must be ready to start at allocated time
- Age restrictions for gearing applies
- Aero bars for U17 and above only
- Rollers or a wind trainer for warm ups
- If you would like to apply for a age grade record you must indicate this on your registration – Only 1 rider on the track at any one time during a record attempt.
On our online registration we have asked you to indicate your preferred start time – please note this is only an indication this MAY be altered and will be communicated either directly with the rider OR a list will be published on our Bike Manawatu Track Cycling facbeook page (Please keep an eye on our Bike Manawatu facebook page for confirmation of start times)
