We were treated to amazing conditions, a beautiful evening, and some fast times out on the course!
A massive thank you to our volunteers: Marty Baker, Ross and Rachel O’Dea, Sam Richardson, and Tim Lloyd. We really appreciate your time! 🙌
It was also great to see Brendan Clarke making the trip all the way up from Wellington and Chris Grant travelling from Levin to take on the 24km course. Great to have you both out there!
Huge congratulations to our rising stars who absolutely smashed the records today:
🎉 Ada Morrison (11 years) — 22:40.6! Breaking Olivia Calder-Kerr’s previous record by more than 3 minutes.
🎉 Rory Hutchinson (10 years) — 23:14.4! Taking a massive 1.5 minutes off his own record set earlier this year.
Wow! Huge congratulations to both Ada and Rory on these outstanding performances.
