Some weeks ago the Coaching and Managers Working Group provided an update to the membership following its second meeting.
While there exists lots of enthusiasm from those who wish to coach, little is understood about the exact needs of the membership.
The working group is obviously keen to learn more about the coaching needs of its riders, the results of which are likely to heavily influence the development of the working group and certainly assist in the determination of its priorities.
