Race preview: The next race will be on Colyton with almost 250m of climbing in 18km, this is going to be a tough one.

Get ready for the second race of the BikeManawatu Winter virtual series.
Monday 31st May 19:00 NZ time
Race preview:
The race will take place on the Akkers road loop. This route has been around for ages and is used for club and school races. Almost pan flat with small rises here and there, maybe a launch pad for an attack or two. The 7km loop will be done 3 times. Make sure you check out the route to plan the sprint.
♀️Call to all the ladies out there to join. There will be a separate category for female riders.

Bike Manawatu Virtual Racing
Introducing the Bike Manawatu virtual winter series. This series will run over 6 weeks and the races will be on local Manawatu routes. The courses will be between 18-25km, this will make for races round about 30min. It will be a mass start and will mainly be flat so everyone can stand a chance. Points will be awarded for each rider, the winner will get 100 point, second 99 and so on. There will be an open league and a Bike Manawatu league. Race results, report and video will be on www.jtcoachingcycling.com after the racer.
Start date: 24th May (Monday) and then every week for 6 weeks.
Time: 19:00 NZ time

Race 4: Monday 14th June – Colyton Loop
