The courses are now confirmed. We will be using the same routes as for 2013.

Registration
Registration will be open on Saturday morning from 7am to half an hour before the start of each event at the I site in the Square, next to the start line.
Late entries for both courses will be taken up until Saturday morning 8am. Please note that there will be no EFTPOS facilities available so if you are paying on the day you will need to bring cash and it would be appreciated if you bring the correct amount.
At registration you will receive your goodie bag and ride number including timing transponder.
In the goodie bag this year are a load of special items including your brunch voucher and special discount shopping vouchers.
Cycle Shirt
This year our sponsor Proegear is producing a cycle shirt that is available for purchase. If ordered prior to 1st February the cost will be $80. If ordered after this date the cost will be $85 and the shirt will posted to you. Sizes available are small, medium, large and x-large. See sizing chart below. 
The winners of each race (long and short) will receive a yellow jersey.
Prizes
This year we will be presenting a Yellow jersey compliments of our sponsor to the winner of both the long course and the short course. The second place getter in both events will also be awarded a prize at prizegiving.

Prize giving and Brunch
At the end of the event when you cross the finish line you will then be able to go and enjoy a fabulous brunch whilst you are waiting for other riders to complete the courses. Your family and friends that are not participating in the ride are encouraged to gather at the finish line and cheer you across at the finish.
Long Course
Starting in the Square in Palmerston North by the I-site you will head out along Main St onto Napier Rd. This is a controlled start to the Terrace End Cemetary. You will be kept together lead by a Police car and followed by the tail car. Turn left at Stoney Creek Rd continue to Bunnythorpe.
At Bunnythorpe roundabout turn right onto Dixons Line. At the end of Dixons Line turn right on to Reids Line. At the end of Reids Line which is Hiwinui turn left on to Watershed Rd. Take care at the end of this road as it is a down hill. At the bottom of the hill you will meet Colyton Rd where you turn left and head to Colyton.
Turn left at Colyton on to Taonui Rd then left on to Reids Line. When you get back to Dixons Line you turn right on to Dixons Line and head back to Bunnythorpe. You then continue back to the finish line along the same route as the outward journey.
The finish line is at Memorial Park.
Short Course

Head along Stoney Creek Rd to Clevely Line. Turn left on to Clevely. At the end turn left and travel along next to the Railway lines to Tutaki Rd. Turn left on to Tutaki.
At the end of Tutaki turn left on to Kelvin Grove Rd. Continue to the Stoney Creek intersection. Turn right ion to Stoney Creek and then continue to the finish line at Memorial Park on the same route as the outward leg of the course.
