Volunteers Required for 2018 Club Races

Are you able to lend a hand at our up & coming club races.
Our calendar is out and traffic management sorted.
All we need is… You

Race managers & Timing are positions we’d love an extra hand with but all positions including marshals are equally important for a race

If we can encourage members to pop their names down at least once, we would be very appreciative of your time and will help avoid burn out from our weekly volunteers

Our up and coming races are:
BM Race 4 – Saturday 20 October 2018 – Sutton Cup {Halcombe}
Kairanga ITT Series –  Wednesday 10, 17, 24 & 31 October 2018
BM Race 5 – Saturday 17 November 2018 – Cheltenham Classic
BM Race 6 – Saturday 8 December 2018 – Woolworths Cup {Paihiatua}  
BM Race 7 – Saturday 15 December 2018 – Essex Cup {Pohangina}

FEILDING FESTIVAL OF CYCLING UPDATE

***We have changed our start times****
If you have already entered, you will have already received an email advising the changes.
Our organizing committee has decided to run our event back in the morning to align with previous years start times

DETAILS

Saturday 13th October
Starting and finishing from Rosebowl Bakery & Cafe
Registrations from 7.15am at Rosebowl Bakery & Cafe

8.30am – Start Joe Allen Memorial Classic
9.30am – Start 90 km Recreational Ride
10.00am – Start 25km Fun Ride
10.30am – Start 50km Recreational Ride

All participants receive a voucher for a free coffee and muffin from Rosebowl Bakery & Cafe

2pm Prize Giving – Rosebowl Bakery & Cafe
Spot Prizes will be available to those riding the 50km, 90km & Joe Allen – please note you must be present to receive your spot prize.
