The School of Sport and Exercise will again be offering the opportunity for U17/19 riders to come along to Massey two evenings per week to do some resistance training.

The first session will be next Thu at 6 pm in the Human Performance Lab.

You will be asked to contribute $4 per session paid at the door as you walk in to cover supervision.

Once again Michelle Burns (Blunden) will oversee the sessions.

Steve Stannard and Denise Brown are organizing another Ohakune training camp starting morning of 16th of Dec in Palmy and concluding the morning of the 21st Dec at Ohakune.

There are a few of spots left on the camp. So, if you are a rider capable of riding 100km or so over hilly terrain at a steady pace, and you want to get some good pre-Christmas training in, give Steve a call.

The cost will be $50 per day; that includes food and accommodation.  Steve's cell ph is 021809597.

Garry mentioned to me that there is an organised ride on Anzac day morning.  7:30am at Pedal Pushers on Ferguson St for around 100km

Can you help Gary find his bike?  It was stolen today (Sat 31-Aug) from Barista Cafe.  It means a lot to him!  It's the only red Dura-Ace Vincolo in town.
