To develop a coaching and managing capacity within Bike Manawatu that allows cyclists to realise their potential
Working Group Outcomes
· Bike Manawatu cyclists are provided with quality coaching options
· Cyclists are provided with choice in selecting a coach
· Cyclists can access basic training information on the Bike Manawatu web
· Bike Manawatu delivers in house training and development
· The working group establishes a mentoring programme for aspiring coaches and managers
· The working group has implemented a development programme for growing coaches
